By purchasing a ticket and attending Caribbean Flag Fest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

​1. Tickets & Entry

  • All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the event is canceled.

  • Tickets must be presented at entry (digital or printed).

  • Entry is subject to security checks and venue capacity limits.

2. Event Changes

  • The event is subject to change, including artists, schedule, or set times, without prior notice.

  • No refunds will be issued due to artist cancellations or lineup changes.

3. Age Policy

  • This event is 18+.

  • Valid government-issued ID may be required for entry and alcohol service.

4. Safety & Conduct

  • Attendees must behave responsibly and follow all venue and security instructions.

  • The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or illegal behavior.

5. Weather & Force Majeure

  • The event will take place rain or shine, unless conditions are deemed unsafe.

  • The organizer is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond their control, including weather, government restrictions, or emergencies.

6. Photography & Media

  • By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

7. Liability

  • Attendance is at your own risk.

  • The organizer, venue, and sponsors are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, or for personal injury unless required by law.

8. Prohibited Items

  • Outside food and beverages, weapons, illegal substances, and any items deemed unsafe by security are strictly prohibited.
